1 Proteins Proteins are also essential for the body structure. Bone forms in a protein matrix. Other structural proteins include collagen, cartilage, elastin and keratin that forms the skin.
2 Carbohydrates Carbohydrates are the body’s main source of fuel. Carbohydrates are easily used by the body for energy. All of the tissues and cells in our body can use glucose for energy.
3 Vitamins

Thiamin (Vitamin B1)- Thiamin plays an essential role in carbohydrate metabolism and neural function.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) - Riboflavin is an essential enzyme required for the metabolism of carbohydrates, amino acids and lipids. It also supports antioxidant protection.
Niacin (Vitamin B3) - Niacin acts as a co-enzyme in the metabolism of carbohydrate and fatty acids, and is required for energy metabolism.
Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) - Pantothenic Acid has numerous essential roles in energy metabolism and fatty acid metabolism.

Heavy Metals
1 Calcium Calcium is needed for good teeth and strong bones and for the proper function of nerves, muscles, kidneys, and the heart.
2 Iron
It is a part of proteins and enzymes found throughout your body, including hemoglobin and myoglobin, both of which help carry oxygen in the blood. Iron is an important component of your muscles, and it helps regulate the growth of cells. Iron comes from foods you eat and any excess iron is stored for future use.
3 Magnesium
Macronutrient with 50% found in bone and the other 50% almost entirely inside body cells. Serves as an important part of more than 300 enzymes responsible for regulating many body functions including energy production, making body protein and muscle contraction. Also helps maintain nerve and muscle cells.
4 Sodium
Sodium is an important mineral and electrolyte necessary for many functions in the body. It has an important role in maintaining water balance within cells, and is involved in proper functioning of both nerve impulses and muscles within the body. Along with potassium, sodium also plays a crucial role in blood pressure regulation. Sodium is only needed in small quantities, and the kidneys are responsible for excreting extra sodium from the body.
5 Zinc
Zinc is found in cells throughout the body. It is needed for the body's defensive (immune) system to properly work. It plays a role in cell division, cell growth, wound healing, and the breakdown of carbohydrates. Zinc is also needed for the senses of smell and taste. During pregnancy, infancy, and childhood the body needs zinc to grow and develop properly.
6 Phosphorus
Phosphorus is an essential mineral primarily used for growth and repair of body cells and tissues. There, together with calcium, phosphorus provides structure and strength. Phosphorus is also required for a variety of biochemical processes including energy production and pH regulation.
